Gordon Duval graduated with his undergraduate degree and law degree from Brigham Young University and has been practicing law for 25 years. He primarily practices in the areas of real estate, business, estate planning, state and local government, labor & employment, and constitutional law.
J. Grant Moody received his law degree in 1989 from the Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College. He has been practicing for over 21 years primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, civil litigation, criminal defense, estate planning, and family law.

Lee Ann Galloway, Law Firm Administrator
Adam joined the firm in May 2010 after graduating from Creighton University with a juris doctor and MBA. Adam primarily practices in the areas of bankruptcy, civil litigation, estate planning, and business law but is always excited to try something new.
Lee Ann joined the firm in May 2006. She has over 15 years of experience as a law firm administrator in Utah. She has been trained in many facets of the legal system and also works as a legal assistant in bankruptcy, business law, criminal law, civil litigation, family law, and corporate formation.
Eva Carlson, Legal Assistant
Eva Clarson has worked as a legal assistant for over 10 years. She joined the firm in 2004 and has become proficient in bankruptcy, and also has experience in the areas of civil and domestic law.
